Rocky Road Fudge

So if you have not noticed yet, I am partial to recipes that are pretty no fuss, easily put together, & yet still yummy. This one follows that same line of thought. Although not traditional fudge it’s still a mighty tasty fudge (like) candy.

1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips

1 cup milk chocolate chips

1 (14 oz) can sweetened condensed milk

2 cups mini marshmallows

 1 teaspoon vanilla

1/2 cup chopped nuts (walnuts, almonds or whatever your favorite may be)

Line a 8-inch square baking pan with foil.

In a medium saucepan combine chocolate chips and sweetened condensed milk. Cook over medium/low heat until melted. Remove from heat. Add in the vanilla, marshmallows & nuts. Stir until combined.

Pour into prepared pan. Cool completely. Then cut into squares.
